PIK Group to build 800,000 sq meters of housing in Amur Region

MOSCOW, Sep 3 (PRIME) -- Russian real estate developer PIK Group has signed an agreement with the government of the Amur Region to build more than 800,000 square meters of housing in the region, the company said in a statement on Friday.

“We are ready to use our expertise for creation of a comfortable, high-quality, and brand new living environment. Projects will appear in the Amur Region that do not only use the standard principles for the entire industry, but where the specific features of the region will be taken into account,” Alexei Almazov, PIK’s vice president for regional development, said as quoted by the company.

The agreement with PIK will allow the region to implement national projects for the development of the Far East and to cover demand for housing until 2024.
